Camp Rate

​

• Cost of camp is $775.00 per athlete if you register on or before March 31, 2024

​​

• Price increases to $795.00 per athlete as of April 1, 2024

​​

• When registering, there is an option to split the payment into two installments: $400 during the time of registration and the remainder by August 1, 2024.

​

• Families sending more than one child to camp are eligible for our Family Discount. If a family would like more information about this discount, please email Jayson Sylvain.

Refund Policy

 

• This is a 1 week camp. We determine our staff numbers by the number of campers coming to camp. We need to know ASAP if someone is unable to come to camp, so staff can be adjusted.

​

• All payments are due to by August 1, 2024. 

​

• Cancellations prior to August 5 will receive a FULL refund minus credit card processing fees.

 

• Cancellations on or after August 5 will receive a refund for the amount paid minus the $400.

 

• If Camp Westwood does not run the scheduled session, camper will receive a full refund minus credit card processing fees OR they can choose to roll their registration to the following year.
