Camp Director and Walpole Coach
Conor Cashman has been the head coach for Walpole Girls Cross Country since 2016. In his first year, he led Walpole to win their first Divisional Championship and was recognized as Coach of the Year. In 2018 and 2019, Walpole were divisional runner-ups, and in his seven years as coach, his team has qualified for the All-State Meet every year except one. He has worked at Westwood Cross Country Camp since 2017, and he has been the Director since 2021.

Norm Bouthillier
Veteran Counselor & Tollgate Coach
Norm Bouthillier coached at American High School in Berlin, Germany from 1986-1988. Since 1992, he has coached at Toll Gate High School in Rhode Island. While at Toll Gate, he received the 1994 XC Coach of the Year recognition, and he was also a 2015 RITCA Hall of Fame inductee. He has worked at Westwood Cross Country Camp since 1996.
Ryan O'Connell
Veteran Counselor & UMASS Dartmouth Coach
Ryan O’Connell has been a collegiate Cross Country and Track & Field coach for the last 11 years. He is currently the Head Cross Country / Distance Coach at UMass Dartmouth. He has won 6 Coach of the year honors, coached 65 all conference athletes, 15 regional qualifiers, and 4 National qualifiers. He ran for Springfield College was a 3x national qualifier in cross country and the 1500 meters. Ryan has worked at Camp Westwood for the last 3 years.
Ashley Schepis
Veteran Counselor & Social Media Director
Ashley Schepis ran at Norton High School and Bridgewater State University where she was an All-Conference runner. Having won league and conference championships at both schools, Ashley is currently in the process of getting her coaching license. Ashley has worked at the Westwood XC Camp for three years and has been Social Media Director for two years.
Bob L'Homme
Veteran Counselor & Bishop Feehan Coach
Bob L'Homme has been the Cross Country and Track coach at Bishop Feehan High School since 1984. He has coached 20 Boston Globe All Scholastics. His teams have won 70 league championships, 38 Eastern Massachusetts Championships and 10 All State Championships since 1993. He has been named the Boston Globe Coach of the year 5 times.
Fiona Murphy
Veteran Counselor & Walpole Coach
Fiona Murphy has coached for Walpole Girls Cross Country since 2016. In her first year, she helped lead Walpole to win their first Divisional Championship. In 2018 and 2019, Walpole were divisional runner-ups, and in her seven years as coach, her team has qualified for the All-State Meet every year except one. As a track coach, she was the MSTCA Division III Coach of the Year in 2022. She has worked at Westwood Cross Country Camp since 2017.
Brendan Sullivan
Veteran Counselor & Bishop Feehan XC Coach
Brendan Sullivan has been a cross country and track coach at Bishop Feehan since 2018. He ran cross country and track at Providence College from 2012-17, where he was a two-time captain. At Feehan, Brendan has helped guide athletes to win six individual Massachusetts divisional titles, one team divisional title, and helped 12 athletes move on to compete at the collegiate level. Brendan was a camper at Westwood in the summer of 2009 and has been a counselor at the camp since 2019.
Zach Ganshirt
Veteran Counselor & Walpole XC Coach
Zach Ganshirt has coached for Walpole Boys Cross Country and Track & Field since 2016. In his time as a coach, he has helped both individuals and teams compete highly at the divisional, state, and New England levels. Before coaching, he ran for Walpole High School and UMASS Lowell, where he earned All-Conference status and helped the team to a conference championship. Zach has been working at Westwood XC Camp since 2017.
